United Forming’s Austin Area Office grew out of necessity as the company began to expand its presence to the west and the State of Texas. The company’s first projects landed in Texas occurred in 1996, and the Austin office officially opened in 1998.
Since the opening of the Austin office, the area has completed several hundred projects in geographical markets located in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma for some of the most prestigious general contracting and construction firms in the region.
From multi-family high and mid-rise, student housing, higher education, healthcare, parking structures, government buildings, hospitality, and sports & entertainment projects, the Austin Area has extensive experience in both formwork only and turnkey full-frame scopes in the region for over 23 years.

United Forming entered the DFW market in 2000, and since then has had a strong local DFW presence. After many successful projects, UFI established a permanent presence in the Metroplex.
Property was purchased in Waxahachie and the DFW team established a yard and office in December of 2020. The team moved to DFW earlier that year to search for property and work to establish United Forming in Dallas Fort-Worth.
Our DFW Area has experience in various markets, from commercial high-rises to hospitals to parking structures, and has provided satisfactory work over the years whether it be formwork only or full turnkey concrete construction scopes of work.
