The Hays County Municipal Government Complex is a 220,000 square foot two-level building located in San Marcos, Texas. United Forming provided a turnkey concrete structure to Balfour Beatty that required approximately 18,500 cubic yards of concrete, 1250 tons of steel reinforcement, and 280,000 lbs of PT materials to complete the structure.
