The Texas Facilities Commission-North Austin Complex Phase I

The TFC North Austin Complex Phase I project consists of an 11 story office and administration building and a 7 level parking garage. The project was separated into 2 packages. For the office building,  United Forming provided a turnkey concrete foundation scope and a formwork-only scope from the foundations to the roof level during construction of the 411,257 square foot structure.

For the parking garage, United Forming provided a complete turnkey scope during the construction of the 562,040 square foot structure. Approximately 20,150 cubic yards of concrete, 1,680 tons of reinforcing steel, and 562,000 lbs of post-tensioning materials were required to complete the parking garage.
