Sonja Bryant: Human Resources Supervisor

We are pleased to shine the spotlight on our Human Resources Supervisor, Sonja Bryant. Sonja joined United Forming in September of 2015 and has progressively assumed more duties and responsibilities in the Administrative Support and Human Resources areas. 

She was promoted to Human Resources Supervisor in 2022. Sonja is responsible for managing the human resource functions for UFI including employee hiring and record keeping processes, recruiting and training programs, employees benefit programs, employment policies and governmental compliance, and employee communications. 

Sonja’s greatest asset is her true desire to welcome and support all of her UFI family members. We have one big family to watch over and we are so lucky to have Sonja here to provide a smile to brighten up even the most challenging of days.
