The Dartmouth North Hills

Dartmouth North Hills is a 6 story apartment building located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The building consists of 4 levels of apartments that rest above a 2 story cast in place concrete parking structure. 

United Forming provided a turnkey concrete frame package to Balfour Beatty during the construction of the 78,500 square foot parking garage portion of the project. Approximately 5,500 cubic yards of concrete, 239 tons of reinforcing steel, and 95,100 lbs of post-tensioning material were required to complete the parking structure.
