Orlando Utilities Commission/Reliable Plaza

Orlando Utility Commission Administrative Building is an 11 story structure located at Reliable Plaza in Orlando, Florida.  The first 6 levels of the building is a parking garage with 5 levels of office administration above.  

This project is a LEED Silver project with a below-grade cistern for irrigation and solar panels on the roof for heating water.  The project was a turnkey project for UFI and included 15,000 cy of concrete, 890 tons of reinforcing steel, and 547,000 pounds of post-tension cables.  The shell construction was completed in 7 months.
