The Durham Mixed-Use Parking Garage is a 7 level cast-in-place concrete structure located in Durham, North Carolina. United Forming provided a turnkey concrete frame to Balfour Beatty during the construction of the 241,477 square foot structure.
Approximately 9,200 cubic yards of concrete, 717 tons of reinforcing steel, and 307,000 lbs of post-tensioning materials were required to complete the project.
