The Duke Energy Center tower consists of 7 below-grade floors of parking as well as 48 floors of office space above. The 55 story structure has a total of 1,340,000 square feet. The Duke Energy Center is the first high rise in the nation to attain LEED Core and Shell Platinum certification.
