TMC3

United Forming is thankful to be involved in Phase I of the TMC3 development in Houston, Texas. Working for Vaughn Construction, the UFI west region team is performing a turnkey scope at the 250,000 square foot Collaborative Building project.

TMC3 Collaborative Building will serve many functions for the development of founding institutions that include MD Anderson, Texas A&M Health Science Center, UTHealth Science Center, and TMC. 

The Collaborative Building is the first of many buildings in a multi-phased development that will span across a 37-acre footprint. UFI is proud to be at the forefront of construction at this future world-class life sciences campus.
