UFI began construction of this project in April of 2006. Artech is described as "The Art of Architecture" having been designed to resemble a cruise ship. Artech consists of 11 levels standing 118 feet at its tallest point and an incredible 775 feet in length. The project consists of approximately 1,300,000 contact square feet. The Tower topped out in January of 2007 and the Garage is scheduled to complete in August of 2007. |
